A new innovative approach to public investment and a UK-first Integrated Pipeline of shovel-ready projects with high-growth potential will allow the region to build on a scale and at a pace not seen before this century.
This Integrated Pipeline will focus investment and effort over the next decade, delivering thousands of new homes and jobs as well as new employment spaces and innovation districts.
The pipeline is backed by a £1 billion GM Good Growth Fund which aims to pump prime the pipeline making projects more viable and building investor confidence.
