Elle has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate and investment banking, having completed some £6bn of real estate equity and debt transactions.

Before joining Lendlease, she lead the investment team at Qatari Diar Europe and is on its investment Ccommittee, overseeing a portfolio of large-scale and complex RE projects such as Get Living, Chelsea Barracks, the former US Embassy and South Bank Place. Elle led the formation and expansion of the Get Living BTR JV platform from 2014 till Qatari Diar’s full exit from the platform in 2023.

Prior to joining Qatari Diar, Elle worked for Campus Living Villages, a global PBSA platform backed by Australia Super. Elle led the expansion of the PBSA platform in the UK with acquisitions of more than 5,000 units between 2011 and 2013. She has held senior roles in M&A and equity capital market with Rabobank and Alliance Bernstein.

Elle graduated with distinction from Cass Business School in 2004 and has been a chartered financial analyst  since 2007.
