Neil is part of the regional place-based leadership team of Homes England. His team works across the country on major urban regeneration programmes, new towns, strategic place partnerships, complex projects and place-based interventions to deliver tangible outcomes. Neil and his team are leading on the agency’s work with East-West Rail, Oxford Growth Commission and the expansion of Cambridge, alongside critical projects in Bristol Temple Quarter, Plymouth and other government priority locations. Neil has worked across multiple local authorities and for two mayors of London, with a track record of delivering award-winning residential, commercial and mixed-use development schemes. Neil has a lifelong disability and is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the built environment.
